Burn XT Supplement Facts: Every Amount on the Panel

Quick answer

Each Burn XT capsule has five actives, and one serving is two capsules.

Per capsule: 350 mg acetyl L-carnitine, 225 mg green tea extract, 135 mg caffeine, 25 mg Capsimax and 2.5 mg BioPerine. Double each figure for the 2-capsule serving.

Learn what each ingredient does.

Transcribed from the panel photographed on the bottle, not from the listing artwork. Where the two differ, the bottle wins.

The gap

What the Burn XT panel does not tell you

  • ›The capsaicinoid content. The Capsimax row prints 50 mg of extract and no figure for the capsaicinoids inside it, which is the number the research uses. This is the one genuine omission on the panel.
  • ›The piperine percentage. BioPerine is standardised to 95 percent piperine by the supplier, but that figure is not printed here, so it is an assumption rather than a label fact.
  • ›Where anything was made or tested. A Supplement Facts panel is a composition statement. It says nothing about the facility, the testing or the batch. That is what the batch record is for.
  • ›Whether the contents match the label. No panel can tell you that. It is what a certificate of analysis is for, and what a third-party verification mark on the front would tell you. This product carries neither on its front label.

A panel is a promise, not a proof. It states what the manufacturer declares is inside. Verifying that declaration is a laboratory job (FDA questions and answers on dietary supplements), and this desk does not run a laboratory and does not pretend to.

Working it out

The Burn XT numbers behind the numbers

What the printed standardisation figures resolve to, per two-capsule serving.
From the panelArithmeticResult
Green tea extract 450 mg, 45% EGCG450 × 0.45About 200 mg EGCG
Green tea extract 450 mg, 75% catechins450 × 0.75About 340 mg total catechins
Green tea extract 450 mg, 98% polyphenols450 × 0.98About 440 mg polyphenols
Caffeine 270 mg—About two to three mugs of brewed coffee
Capsimax 50 mgfraction not printedCannot be resolved from this label

Rounded. These are the figures to carry into any comparison with the research, and they are the reason a standardisation line matters more than an extract weight.

Context

How the Burn XT label compares to the category

What a buyer can and cannot check, on this label against the two shapes of label this category usually ships.

Four yeses and two noes. That is a better label than most of this category and short of the best of it.

Versions

If your Burn XT label does not match this page

Label artwork changes. This desk has seen two versions of this front label in circulation, and one of the photographs used on this website shows a bottle whose claim icons are laid out differently from the studio render. The panel figures on both are the same.

If the bottle you receive prints an amount that differs from the table above, the bottle is right and this page is out of date. Send a photograph of the panel to [email protected] and we will correct the page and move the review date forward, which is the whole of our correction policy and takes about a day.

What should never differ is the shape of the thing: five actives, two columns, a Daily Value column reading not established, and an other-ingredients line naming hypromellose, silica and magnesium stearate. A bottle that prints a proprietary blend where this one prints five rows is not this product.

The batch verification page walks through the rest of the checks: the lot code on the base, the safety seal, the printed manufacturer line and what to do if any of them is wrong.

Questions

Burn XT label questions

Why does the panel have two columns?

Because the product has two serving sizes. One capsule is a serving and so is two, and the label prints the amounts for both. Sixty capsules means sixty servings at one capsule or thirty at two.

What does 'Daily Value not established' mean?

It means no reference intake has been set for that ingredient, so no percentage can be printed. It is a statement about the regulation, not about the ingredient's usefulness. All five rows on this panel carry it.

Is magnesium stearate a problem?

No. It is a flow agent that stops powder sticking to the machinery, it appears in a very large share of capsules, and the amounts are tiny. It is on the other-ingredients line here rather than the panel because it is not an active.

What does the standardisation line mean?

It tells you what fraction of the extract is the part you want. Here: 98 percent polyphenols, 45 percent EGCG, 75 percent catechins. Multiply by 450 mg and you have the active content, which is the arithmetic most labels make impossible.

Who writes this

How this Burn XT label page is written

This desk publishes what the printed panel says and marks the gaps. The four claims below are the ones a sceptical reader can audit, which is the only reason to make them:

  1. The panel is the source. Figures come from the Supplement Facts panel photographed on the bottle, not from the manufacturer's marketing artwork. Where the two disagree, the panel is published and the disagreement is named on the page.
  2. Not published stays not published. Nothing undisclosed is estimated here. Pack prices are set at checkout, so no price is printed anywhere on this website.
  3. Sources are real and linked in the sentence. Every study cited was confirmed against its PubMed record first, and each appears beside the amount it used.
  4. Corrections change the date. Write to [email protected] and the review date moves forward.

We earn when you buy. Burnxts is the authorized United States retail desk for this product and this website makes money on orders placed through it. That is exactly why the caffeine figure is in the hero, why the research-dose table is on the ingredients page, and why the three-star reviews are published at the same size as the five-star ones. They are where our interest and yours pull apart, and you should be able to watch us choose.

On this page specifically: every figure is read off a photograph of the printed panel, at full resolution, and cross-checked against the side panel of the front label, which repeats three of the five amounts.
