Burn XT FAQ: 44 Buyer Questions in Six Groups
Burn XT is taken as 2 capsules once a day with food, with 60 capsules in each bottle.
Each serving has 270 mg of caffeine, prices are shown at checkout, and you have sixty days to change your mind. The answers cover the product, panel, dose, safety, buying and refunds.

The questions the order desk and the website desk actually receive, grouped so you can find yours.
Burn XT questions: the product
What is Burn XT?
A vegetable-capsule dietary supplement sold in bottles of sixty. Each two-capsule serving carries acetyl L-carnitine 700 mg, green tea leaf extract 450 mg, caffeine anhydrous 270 mg, Capsimax cayenne pepper extract 50 mg and BioPerine 5 mg.
Is Burn XT a capsule, a gummy or drops?
A capsule, and only a capsule. The shell is hypromellose, which is plant-derived. There is no gummy, powder or liquid version of this product from this desk.
How many capsules are in a bottle?
Sixty. That is sixty servings at one capsule a day, or thirty at the two-capsule serving the sales listing prints.
What does Burn XT taste like?
Nothing. It is a capsule swallowed with water and a meal, with no flavouring, sweetener or sugar alcohol anywhere on the panel.
Is it vegetarian?
The capsule shell is hypromellose rather than gelatin, and the artwork carries a vegetarian mark. The other two excipients are silica and magnesium stearate.
Is it gluten free and dairy free?
There is no gluten-containing grain and no dairy ingredient on this panel. Both marks appear on the artwork and both are accurate.
Burn XT questions: the panel
What is in Burn XT?
Five actives: acetyl L-carnitine HCl, green tea leaf extract standardised to 98 percent polyphenols and 45 percent EGCG, caffeine anhydrous, Capsimax cayenne pepper fruit extract and BioPerine black pepper fruit extract. Plus the capsule shell, silica and magnesium stearate.
Is there a proprietary blend?
No. Every active is printed individually, per capsule and per two-capsule serving. That is the strongest single thing about this label.
How much caffeine is in it?
135 mg a capsule and 270 mg in the two-capsule serving. Roughly two to three mugs of brewed coffee, taken in one swallow.
How much EGCG is in a serving?
About 200 mg, from 450 mg of extract standardised to 45 percent EGCG. The panel prints the inputs rather than the arithmetic, which is the better way round.
What does Daily Value not established mean?
No reference intake has been set for that ingredient, so no percentage can be printed. All five rows on this panel carry it, and it is a statement about the regulation rather than about the ingredient.
Which ingredient is underdosed?
Two. The acetyl L-carnitine at 700 mg sits below the 1,500 to 3,000 mg most trials used, and the BioPerine at 5 mg is a quarter of the amount in the study people cite for piperine.
Why is there no capsaicinoid figure?
The panel prints 50 mg of Capsimax extract without saying what fraction of it is capsaicinoids, which is the number the research uses. It is the one real omission on an otherwise transparent label.
Burn XT questions: taking it
How do I take Burn XT?
Adults 19 years and older take 2 capsules once daily with food. The bottle itself prints a build-up as well: one capsule with a meal for the first week, then one capsule twice a day, with a ceiling of four capsules in 24 hours.
Which set of directions should I follow?
The bottle in your hand. A label is a regulated document and a listing is marketing copy, and the gentler of the two is also the safer start.
Morning or evening?
Morning, or early afternoon at the latest. The label says to avoid taking it within six hours of going to sleep, and a randomised study found 400 mg of caffeine six hours before bed still cost measurable sleep.
With or without food?
With food, always. The back label says not to take it on an empty stomach, and the green tea extract safety literature points the same way.
Can I drink coffee as well?
The label says not to consume it with other caffeine sources. A serving is already 270 mg, and the FDA's general figure for healthy adults is 400 mg a day.
What if I miss a dose?
Take the next one as normal. Do not double up. The ceiling is four capsules in 24 hours and there is nothing to catch up on.
How long does Burn XT take to work?
Most buyers on this desk describe 3 to 6 weeks. The caffeine is noticeable on day one; everything else on the panel works on a slower clock.
Should I cycle it?
The label does not ask you to. It does say to use it for 60 days in combination with diet and exercise, which happens to match the money-back window.
Burn XT questions: safety
Is Burn XT safe?
For healthy adults who tolerate caffeine and take it as the label says, the risks are the ones you would predict from 270 mg of caffeine. For several groups it is not suitable at all, and those are listed on the who it is for page.
What are the side effects?
Jitteriness, a faster heart rate, poor sleep if taken late and stomach upset if taken without food. Most are dose related and most resolve on one capsule instead of two.
Can it raise my blood pressure?
Caffeine raises blood pressure acutely. For most healthy adults the rise is small and short-lived, and it matters more where pressure is already raised.
Is green tea extract bad for the liver?
Concentrated green tea extract carries a rare but documented liver signal, concentrated in high doses taken on an empty stomach. Taking it with food, as the label instructs, is the practical response.
Who should not take it?
Anyone under 18, anyone pregnant or nursing, anyone caffeine sensitive, anyone with raised blood pressure or a heart rhythm problem, anyone with a liver condition, anyone already on another stimulant product, and anyone on daily medication who has not asked a pharmacist.
Can I take it with my medication?
Ask a pharmacist, carrying two numbers: 270 mg of caffeine and 5 mg of piperine. Those two are what matter and a brand name tells them nothing.
Is it FDA approved?
No, and no dietary supplement is. The FDA does not approve supplements, does not review them before sale and does not certify their contents.
What if I feel unwell after taking it?
Stop taking it and speak to a doctor. The bottle says the same: discontinue use and consult a physician if you experience any adverse reaction.
Burn XT questions: buying and delivery
Where do I buy Burn XT?
Through the order link on this website, which is the authorized US retail channel for this desk.
How much does it cost?
The price is set at the checkout and this desk publishes none, because the vendor paperwork it works from publishes none. A number typed here would be wrong the first time a promotion ran.
Which pack should I buy?
The three-bottle pack, if you have not taken it before. Ninety days of servings covers the 60-day window with a month to spare.
Is there a subscription?
No. Every order through this website is a one-time payment and there is nothing to cancel.
Can I order by phone or email?
No. Orders go through the order link. The desk on +1 (520) 206-1597 handles tracking, changes and refunds once an order exists, and the website email cannot see orders at all.
How long does delivery take?
One to two business days to handle, then typically three to seven business days in transit within the United States. Exact timings are confirmed at the checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Orders ship from the United States unless the sales page says otherwise. International availability and rates are shown at the checkout and are not published to this desk.
What payment methods are accepted?
The major cards and the common digital wallets. Card details are handled by the checkout and are never stored on this website.
Burn XT questions: refunds and batches
What is the refund policy?
Sixty days from purchase, unless the sales page prints longer. Call +1 (520) 206-1597 with the order ID first, then post the bottles with tracking to the returns address.
Do I have to send empty bottles back?
Yes, empties included. A window that punished you for actually taking the product would be pointless.
Who pays the return postage?
The buyer. That is the standard arrangement in this category and it is stated plainly rather than buried.
How long does the refund take?
Three to five business days after the return is credited for the refund to be issued, then five to ten days for the card to show it.
What is the Burn XT lot number?
BUR-26/BU-6491, with certificate of analysis reference BUR-6491-26-BU. Quote it on the telephone and the desk can match your bottle to a production run.
Is a certificate of analysis published here?
No. The reference is published so an order can be matched to a run. This desk does not publish laboratory documents it did not produce.
What if the safety seal is broken?
Do not take the capsules. The back label says so, and the desk will replace the bottle.
If your Burn XT question is not here
| Your question | Where to send it |
|---|---|
| Anything about an order, delivery or refund | +1 (520) 206-1597, with the order ID |
| Anything about these pages, or a correction | [email protected], Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET |
| Anything about your own health and medication | A pharmacist or doctor, carrying the caffeine and piperine figures |
| Placing an order | The order link on this website |
The website email cannot see orders and the telephone desk cannot take one. Both facts catch people out, so both are printed on every page.
If a question here contradicts the bottle you received, the bottle is right. Send a photograph of the panel to [email protected] and the page will be corrected with the review date moved forward. That is the whole of the correction policy and it takes about a day.
Who answers these Burn XT questions
This desk publishes what the printed panel says and marks the gaps. The four claims below are the ones a sceptical reader can audit, which is the only reason to make them:
- The panel is the source. Figures come from the Supplement Facts panel photographed on the bottle, not from the manufacturer's marketing artwork. Where the two disagree, the panel is published and the disagreement is named on the page.
- Not published stays not published. Nothing undisclosed is estimated here. Pack prices are set at checkout, so no price is printed anywhere on this website.
- Sources are real and linked in the sentence. Every study cited was confirmed against its PubMed record first, and each appears beside the amount it used.
- Corrections change the date. Write to [email protected] and the review date moves forward.
We earn when you buy. Burnxts is the authorized United States retail desk for this product and this website makes money on orders placed through it. That is exactly why the caffeine figure is in the hero, why the research-dose table is on the ingredients page, and why the three-star reviews are published at the same size as the five-star ones. They are where our interest and yours pull apart, and you should be able to watch us choose.
On this page specifically: every answer that carries a number is checkable against the printed panel, the back label or the vendor paperwork, and the answers that say “not published” are the ones where a guess would have been easier.
